在活塞表面镀覆3-5um镍磷非晶态合金镀层系我公司应用航空技术开发的新一代高新技术产品。其特点为：抗腐蚀性强，表面硬度提高，自身润滑性好，摩擦系数小，非粘着性好，抗磨性大大增长。该产品经山东省乃燃机产品质量监督检验站1000小时台架试验：其耐磨性，节油，发动机功率分别比不镀覆同类产品提高60% ，30% ，20%以上。其各项性能指标均达到镶耐磨钢圈活塞的性能。该产品的研制开发成功必坚为发动机带来一场技术革命。

    Piston plating 3-5um nickel non-crystal alloy on the surface is a new high-tech of our company by using aviation technology,The characteristics of or new product are enhanced corrosion–resistant,improved surface hardness,good self-lubrication,low frictional coefficient,good non-adherence and high friction-resistant,The product was experimented by the 1000-hour frame in Shandong Supervision and Examining station of the product quality of the inter-combustion engines,The wearability,oil-saving and engine power are improved by 60%,30% and 20% respectively,comparing to the similar product without plating nickel surface.Every target of the function comes up to the function of piston with set fiction-resistant steel ring.
